Are the fragrances original?
Yes. All HOF products are 100% original. If you have a question about a specific product, write to us at info@hof.bg.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are delivered within 2–4 working days. You can see the expected delivery dates under the price of each product.
How much is delivery?
The price depends on the courier and where you want your order delivered (office, locker or address), and you see it at checkout before you pay. Delivery to a BoxNow locker is free for orders over €50 (card payment), and with Speedy it is free for orders over €89.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. You can pay cash on delivery or online by card. Cash on delivery has a €1 fee, and checking the parcel in front of the courier before paying is free.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be in its original condition – with intact packaging and no signs of use. Write to us at info@hof.bg and attach the completed withdrawal form. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
What are HOF Points?
Loyalty points for registered customers: you get 5 HOF Points for every €1 you spend, added after a completed order. 100 HOF Points = €2 off your next order.
Do you gift-wrap orders?
Yes. Every order comes in free luxury packaging.
