Shipping policy
1. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery is completed within 48 hours after your order has been processed.
Orders placed on a business day before 1:00 PM are processed and shipped on the same day and delivered within 2 business days, between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on non-working days are processed and shipped on the next business day.
For locations without an Econt/Speedy office or serviced on a scheduled basis, the delivery time may be extended by 3–7 business days.
Deliveries to easybox/locker points may take longer in case of limited availability of the selected device.

Speedy (office/locker) – 4.99 BGN
BoxNow – 2.99 BGN
Sameday – 2.99 BGN
➡️ Free delivery for all orders over 100 BGN.
⚠️ Shipping rates are approximate and may vary depending on the country from which the order is placed.
3. Additional Services
Shipment Insurance – Free of charge
All parcels are insured as “fragile” and shipped with declared value at our expense.
If any damage or missing item is found, please inform the courier upon delivery so that we can replace the product free of charge and as quickly as possible.
“Inspection before payment” option – Free of charge
You can open the parcel in the presence of the courier to ensure you receive the correct item in perfect condition.
⚠️ Please note that removing the cellophane or testing the fragrance before payment is not allowed and may result in the rejection of any complaint or return request.
4. Payment Fees
We do not charge a cash-on-delivery fee.
No additional fees apply for payments made by cash on delivery or via electronic payment methods.
