Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, every buyer (individual consumer) has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.


2. Conditions for Returning a Product

The right of withdrawal may be exercised only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The 14-day period stated in Section 1 has been observed;

  • The customer has notified the Seller via email at info@hof.bg, attaching a completed order withdrawal form (available for download on the website);

  • The product is in its original condition as received — with intact packaging, no signs of use or damage;

  • The return is accompanied by a receipt or invoice;

  • The return shipping costs are borne by the customer;

  • Products must be sent with “Inspection” option enabled and without cash-on-delivery;

  • Products cannot be returned in person to the Seller’s address and must be sent only via courier to the specified return location.

3. Refunds

If all conditions above are met, HOF.BG will refund the full amount paid at the time of purchase, including any initial delivery costs (if charged, and only up to the amount of standard delivery).

Refunds are processed:

  • Within 14 days from the date the withdrawal was requested, but not before the returned goods are received or proof of dispatch is provided;

  • By bank transfer to the account specified by the customer;

  • For card payments, the refund will be issued directly to the same debit/credit card used for the purchase.


4. Exceptions

For hygiene reasons and in accordance with applicable regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Cosmetic products and sets that come into direct contact with the skin and have opened or missing packaging;

  • Products with broken seals, removed cellophane, or missing labels;

  • Products that show signs of testing or use.

In such cases, HOF.BG reserves the right to refund only part of the purchase amount (up to 70% of the value).


5. Damaged Shipments

The customer must inspect the shipment in the presence of the courier upon delivery.
If any damage or missing items are found, a damage report must be drawn up in two copies, signed by both the customer and the courier.

Without such a report, claims for transport damage cannot be accepted.

For duly submitted claims, HOF.BG undertakes to:

  • Provide a free replacement of the damaged or missing item, or

  • Refund the amount paid by the customer.


This policy is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of use for HOF.BG.
