Terms and Conditions of Use

This document governs the terms of use of the online store HOF.BG, available at https://hof.bg and all its subpages.

Before using the online store, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as well as your rights and obligations as a consumer.
By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

II. Definitions

Article 2. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Merchant” – HOF BG LTD, owner of the online store HOF.BG.

  • “Client” – any person who enters into a sales contract through the website.

  • “Consumer” – any natural person acquiring goods not intended for commercial or professional purposes.

  • “Account” – a personal profile created by the Client on the website, through which orders can be placed and additional functionalities accessed.

  • “Distance contract” – a sales contract concluded between the Merchant and the Client via the online store.

  • “Electronic statement” – an electronic message through which the Client expresses intent to conclude a contract.

  • “Sales price” – the final price of the product, inclusive of VAT and all applicable taxes and fees.

III. Features of the Online Store

Article 3. The online store HOF.BG allows users to:

  • Browse products, descriptions, and prices;

  • Place orders and conclude distance sales contracts;

  • Make payments using various available methods;

  • Receive delivery of ordered goods;

  • Leave product reviews and ratings;

  • Subscribe to newsletters with news and promotions.

IV. Conclusion of Contract

Article 4.
(1) A distance sales contract is considered concluded when the Client receives an email confirmation for the order placed.

(2) The Client may place an order:

  • as a guest (without registration);

  • as a registered user (with an account).

(3) The order process includes:

  • selecting a product and adding it to the shopping cart;

  • confirming the order;

  • entering delivery and contact details;

  • choosing a payment method;

  • explicitly accepting these Terms and Conditions.

V. Prices and Payments

Article 5.
(1) All prices on HOF.BG are in Bulgarian levs (BGN) and include VAT.

(2) Payments can be made by:

  • Cash on delivery upon receipt;

  • Online payment via debit or credit card;

  • Other methods expressly stated on the website.

(3) The Merchant issues a receipt or invoice for every payment made.

VI. Delivery

Article 6.
(1) Deliveries are made by courier to the Client’s address or to a selected courier office/locker.

(2) The delivery time is indicated at checkout and depends on the product’s availability.

(3) The Client must inspect the goods upon receipt and immediately notify the Merchant in case of discrepancies.

VII. Right of Withdrawal and Claims

Article 7.
(1) The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.

(2) Returned goods must be in their original commercial condition, with original packaging and no signs of use.

(3) Upon exercising the right of withdrawal, the Merchant refunds the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

(4) Product claims and complaints are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

VIII. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Article 8. Clients have the right to:

  • Receive accurate information about the offered products;

  • Receive purchased goods within the agreed timeframe;

  • Exercise their right of withdrawal and submit complaints.

Article 9. Clients are obliged to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order;

  • Pay the purchase price and delivery costs (unless otherwise agreed);

  • Accept the delivery within the specified timeframe.

IX. Limitation of Liability

Article 10.
(1) All product images on HOF.BG are for illustrative purposes only. Minor differences in packaging or design are possible.

(2) The Merchant is not liable for:

  • Delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure;

  • Inaccuracies resulting from incorrect data provided by the Client;

  • Damages occurring after the goods have been handed over to the Client.

X. Personal Data

Article 11.
The processing of personal data on HOF.BG is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website and in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

XI. Final Provisions

Article 12.
(1) These Terms and Conditions enter into force upon publication on the website.

(2) The Merchant reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions by publishing an updated version on the website.

(3) For all matters not regulated herein, the provisions of applicable Bulgarian legislation shall apply.
